Application & The Documents Required :
No application will be considered unless it is accompanied with a set of all original certificates as well as two separate sets of the attested copies of the following.
Statement of marks of the qualifying examination (HSC).
Schools / Institutes leaving Certificate.
Cast Certificate (If Candidate belongs to the Reserved Category).
Creamy Layer Certificate (for NT1 / NT2/ NT3 / OBC / SBC / ST Categories ) Valid for the current year issued by the concerned authority (e.g. Collector / Deputy Collector / Sub Divisional Officer ).
Two Passport Sizes Photographs.
Adhar Card.
Nationality Certificate / Domicile Certificate.
